This stuff doesn’t work for me. At all.
What Mr. Frieda says:
- The formula, containing Colour-Correcting Technology, neutralises brassy and yellow tones.
- The formula, containing Optical Brightening Technology, absorbs UV light and emits white-blue light, making colour-treated hair appear brighter and salon-fresh.
- Results are noticeable after just 3 uses.
- For all shades of colour-treated or highlighted blonde hair
What I say:
I’ve been using it for months now, twice a week, and the only thing I notice is that it actually makes my hair duller and brassier… Have to say I dislike the flowery smell, too. The colour of my hair is what hairdressers describe as ”strawberry blonde”. I’d describe it as a longer Ron Weasley. It’s natural up to a certain degree, the one I reach every 6 weeks when strawberry hue overpowers the blonde. Then I reach for this stuff hoping it would remove the brassiness… Never does. Do I learn from my mistakes? Nope. What does the trick? L’oreal Casting Creme Gloss in 1010, which I shall be reviewing some other time. 😉
Would I repurchase? No. But it might work if you have very, very light blonde hair.
